Pre-registering via email is required to enroll and hold a space for your child. You can pre-register for one, two, three or all four classes by emailing us with your name, phone number, city, child's name, age/grade, and classes. If the classes you want for your child are full, we will be happy to place you on the waiting list for the full classes. If you’ve missed the registration deadline, we will place you on the notification list for the next semester.

The mandatory Orientation & Registration Day is held two weeks before the first day of classes each semester at Eastmont Baptist Church from 10 a.m. to noon. Parents turn in forms, pay for classes (in cash to avoid accidental bank overdraft fees), and pick up student syllabuses for gr. 7-12. Also, teachers take home their class rosters and fees at that time. Attendance by one parent per family is required by our insurance and church agreement.

Class fees range from $2 to $30 per class for the entire 14 weeks because fees pay only for supplies; no one at Co-op gets paid. Families can sign up for just one, two, or three classes or for all four periods in the day. The Family Registration Fee is $75, but we offer more than 15 discounts to reduce the fee as much as possible. As a result, most families pay only $30-40. The Family Registration Fee covers insurance and general co-op supplies.
